Master Chef Tenderloin Roast - This cut makes a very elegant entree for a special occasion. Always delectable. Always tender. We take Master Chef Choice grade tenderloins and trim away all the fat. What's left is a delicious, tender and lean beef that will melt in your mouth. Simply roast and serve au natural or with a simple wine sauce. These roasts weigh between 2 and 3 pounds and serve 4 to 6 guests.
